For the transfer, you can use any Mastercard card that supports 3D Secure technology.
For successful crediting of funds, the recipient may have a card issued by any of the Ukrainian banks.
But there is an important condition: in order to send and receive such a P2P transfer, a Mastercard card with 3D Secure support is required. It can be either a debit card or a credit card.
Usually, the money is credited to the recipient almost instantly (up to 20 seconds pass from the moment of sending). But sometimes the process can take up to 24 hours. The term of crediting the funds depends on the recipient's bank — on the internal procedures and payment processing policy. If the money does not arrive for a long time, contact the support service of your bank or the recipient's bank to find out the status of the transaction.
The sender indicates the amount in EUR, USD or UAH, which should be credited to the recipient. At the same time, the amount will be debited from the sender's card in the currency of the card according to the exchange rate of the bank
When sending money from a foreign card to Ukraine, there is a service fee of 2% of the transfer amount, but not less than 2 EUR. The commission payment is paid by the sender of the funds.
You can see in advance how much will be debited from your account during the transfer — already at the stage of entering the payment amount. The system will automatically calculate the commission and display the final amount to be paid, including the commission. This will allow you to avoid surprises and know exactly what amount you are transferring and how much will be debited from your account.
You can transfer up to 500 euros in one transaction. At the same time, the permissible maximum number of transactions per day is 10. There is also a limit on money transfers per month - the total amount of transactions should not exceed 3,300 euros (including fees).
Yes, the transfer is available after registration on the iPay.ua service. We simplified the procedure as much as possible and made identity verification available through Diia applications
